    This holiday apartment for rent is in the Carmona – Holiday Apartments development, located just a short walk from Sao Martinho do Porto beach in the Silver Coast of Portugal. The beautiful shell-shaped bay of Sao Martinho do Porto is well known for its calm waters, making it the ideal place for families with young children.

    With a fantastic outdoor swimming pool and close to everything you need for a fantastic beach holiday, this modern property also has spacious gardens and a shared barbecue area that is perfect for spending quality time with the family. There are also sun loungers available for everyone to use and make the most of the Silver Coast sun.

    The apartment offers a private underground garage with one parking space and there is also plenty of parking on the street right outside the property.

    Fully furnished, decorated and equipped with everything you need for a great holiday in Portugal, this apartment consists of one bedroom which has a comfortable double bed, one bathroom with a bathtub, a spacious living and dining area and a small kitchen. The south facing balcony has outdoor furniture and offers views over the countryside.

    The apartments also has an extra bed, which allows it to accommodate up to 3 people and bed linen and towels are included in the booking price. Cleaning service or exchange of towels during the stay are available for an extra fee.

    Ideally located in the heart of Sao Martinho do Porto, the apartment is just 700 m to the beach. If you take a stroll along the bay's waterfront you'll find plenty of restaurants, shops, cafés and bars. The village's main supermarkets and the daily fresh fruit and vegetable market are also within walking distance.

    This holiday apartment also has a perfect location for those who want to explore the Silver Coast of Portugal, with the magnificent monasteries of Alcobaca and Batalha, the big waves of Nazare and the breathtaking fairytale Castle of Obidos all within a 30-minute drive. Lisbon Airport is just 1-hour away.

    • The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.
    • Refund of the security deposit by bank transfer is made between 5 and 15 days after your departure
    • Arrival out of office opening hours: keys will be left in a safety box. The total amount must be paid in advance.
