Casa da Praia is a 3 bedroom holiday villa with a private pool in Salir do Porto, in a very quiet residential area near the village centre and the beach.
The house is very bright, with a modern design and contemporary furniture.
On the ground floor, the open-plan living and dining room directly connect to the fully-equipped modern kitchen. The ideal space to have leisurely meals at home. The kitchen overlooks the pool and connects directly to the back of the house where there is a terrace with outdoor furniture where you can enjoy your meals al fresco.
Also on this floor, there is a bathroom with a shower and a bedroom with two single beds that also opens onto the garden.
On the first floor, there is an additional bathroom and two bedrooms. One bedroom has two single beds and a balcony overlooking the pool; the other has a double bed and a balcony with outdoor furniture where you can sunbathe while reading a book or relaxing after a day at the beach.
Outdoors, there is everything you will need for a holiday with complete privacy and comfort, including a furnished outdoor dining area and barbecue.
