This holiday apartment for rent is in a quiet area, close to the beaches of Salir do Porto and Sao Martinho do Porto, in the Silver Coast of Portugal.
Located in the heart of the village of Salir do Porto, it's only 850 m from the beach and 200 m from the local supermarket, restaurants and cafés. It has a private parking space in the underground garage so that you can enjoy your holidays with total convenience.
This new development has plenty of outdoor space, with a wonderful lawn area and a large common outdoor pool that benefits from plenty of sun exposure throughout the day.
The apartment is a recent construction and is quite spacious, with modern furniture and a cosy decoration with reference to the sea. The dining and lounge area has access to the balcony where you have at your disposal outdoor furniture to enjoy the view or sunbathe.
With 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, it can accommodate up to 3 people. The first bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom a single sofa bed. Both rooms also have access to the exterior balcony overlooking the swimming pool, the village and bay of Sao Martinho do Porto. The bathroom has a bathtub with a shower.
There is also free internet access and bed linen and towels are included in the booking price. Cleaning service or exchange of towels during the stay are available for an extra fee.
