    This holiday flat for rent is in a quiet area close to the beaches of Salir do Porto and São Martinho do Porto, in the West region of Portugal.

    Located in the heart of the village of Salir do Porto, it is only 850 m from the famous Dune by the beach of Salir do Porto and 200 m from the local supermarket, restaurants and cafes.

    This new development has plenty of outdoor space, with lawn area and a large communal swimming pool that benefits from sun exposure all day long.

    This flat is a recent construction, of modern design and very spacious. In addition to plenty of natural light, it has contemporary furnishings.

    The communal dining and kitchen area is also very spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a family holiday.

    With capacity for 6 people, this flat has a suite with double bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds and in the common area with plenty of privacy has a space for 2 single beds.

    All bathrooms have a spacious shower tray, and bed linen and towels are included in the price of the reservation. Cleaning services and towel change during your stay are available for an extra fee.

    Salir beach is on the south side of the bay of São Martinho do Porto, considered the best beach in Portugal for families. The calm waters, the wooden walkways that run along the beach or the largest dunes in Portugal are just some of the reasons that make this the perfect place for your holidays by the sea.

    With a privileged location, this house allows you to have access to some of the most popular touristic points of interest of the West region of Portugal. Here you will find a wide range of monuments, gastronomy and events throughout the year!

    • The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.
    • Refund of the security deposit by bank transfer is made between 5 and 15 days after your departure
    • Arrival out of office opening hours: keys will be left in a safety box. The total amount must be paid in advance.

Fizemos excelentes caminhadas pelos passadiços entre as dunas até S Martinho do Porto. O Pão de Ló, Bolo Rei (e doçaria em geral) de Alfeizerão são divinais e recomendo. Para juntar a tudo isto, e não menos importante, a simpatia e profissionalismo dos colaboradores com quem tratei da reserva e demais detalhes da minha estada, principalmente a Sandra Filipe, super profissional e muito cuidadosa assegurando que tudo está como pretendido e contribuindo para que a estada seja realmente uma boa experiência.
