Lagoa Views is a brand new 3-bedroom holiday apartment in Foz do Arelho, Portugal. Located at one of the main entrances to this famous beach on the Silver Coast, the apartment benefits from a fantastic location close to everything you will need for an unforgettable holiday by the sea.
The apartment is in a new development, featuring a modern design and quality finishes, which includes a lift and allocated private parking space in the building's garage.
It can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people, with its spacious areas and three bedrooms, all with balconies and modern decoration.
The suite has a double bed and a private bathroom with a shower. The other two bedrooms have two single beds each and there is a second bathroom also with shower.
The social area of the apartment is in an 'open space', with a living room and dining area that opens directly to the kitchen. The living room and kitchen balcony are equipped with outdoor furniture, where you can sunbathe or relax while reading a book or enjoying a drink with a view over Óbidos lagoon.
Outside, you have access to a communal swimming pool via stairs, also with views over Óbidos lagoon and plenty of space to sunbathe on a sun lounger, take a dip or relax after a day at the beach or a walk around the region!
Other facilities include:
- Air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living room
- Kitchen equipped with microwave, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and coffee machine
- High chair and baby cot (bed linen not included)
